Oficina de gravura em linóleo Linocut printmaking is a traditional type of printmaking during which we carve patterns into a piece of linoleum and then we proceed to printing using printing inks. With linocut printing, one can create a simple monochrome image, or a more complicated one by creating a layered carving through reduction and then printing by using multiple colours. In this workshop you will be guided step by step from the first stage of carving to the final stage of printing. There will be patterns and ideas provided but you can bring your own image too! In this workshop, all materials and tools will be provided. We will be using water based inks.
