With her intriguing voice, elusive style and dreamy music videos, Kate Bush has been an enigma to generations of listeners for decades. In Cloudbusting , singer and performer Aline Goffin takes young people on a journey through Bush’s inimitable universe. Not with a classical concert, but with a particularly intimate moment in which music, movement and image come together. Visual artist Nele Fack, known for her animations for Zonzo Compagnie’s THELONIOUS , brings this universe to life through magical holograms and a surprising visual world. The performance features iconic songs such as Running Up That Hill , while also revealing lesser known tracks from Kate Bush’s repertoire. Armed with only her voice, a mini guitar, and a pair of drumsticks, Aline Goffin shows how the power of Kate Bush’s compositions remains intact even in a minimalist setting.
